The Boyds Civic Association monitors and participates in planning and development activities that affect the Boyds community and surrounding area. This includes proposed residential and commercial development, transportation projects, zoning changes, and updates to the County Master Plan.
Our goal is to preserve the rural character of Boyds while supporting thoughtful, well-planned growth that benefits residents and respects the environment.
